The newly designed single puller for customers abroad, mainly apply to 500--2500T aluminium extrusion press. Main features of the puller are as follows: 1. The railway: Adopt the 45# cold-drawn bar and the square steel for the railway, which ensure high precision and stable operation. 2. The clamping mechanism: the succession action of the supporting plate and clamp was operated by pneumatic actuator, instead of electrical control system. 3. Power unit: constant-tension traction by using the variable frequency motor; two stage adjusting speed; the trolley is driven by steel chain. 4. Without the electrical control system for clamping, the puller head is only 100kg, makes it is felixble in running. Also greatly reduce the breakdown that may caused by the electrical system. 5. The electricity consumption of the puller is reduced. 6. Thanks to the double speed frequency converter, it is more stable when the pulling speed is slow.
